Kettleside Cow Face
It's time for another kettlecise stretch as part of our #alternativeadvent gifts. For the kettleside cow face reach your right arm straight up, then bend elbow and let hand fall behind your head. Move left arm behind the back and bend arm, letting the back of your left hand rest against the right shoulder blade (or as near as possible). Reach to grab right fingertips with left hand, then repeat on other side.
