Lentil, Brown Rice and Rocket Salad
• 3 Tbsp dry puy lentils
• 2 Tbsp dry brown rice
• 1 cup raw tomato, sliced
• 1/2 raw avocado, cubed
• 30g feta cheese (optional)
• 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
• Small bunch of dill leaves,finely chopped
